School Trainings

We offer training for school staff at all levels to enhance their understanding of the mental health challenges students are currently facing, along with strategies for providing effective support in the classroom. Our training programs cover topics such as IEP development, social skills, bullying prevention, ADHD and its impact on education, and support for teachers working with students with learning disabilities. We can also customize trainings for your individual district needs.

School and Parental Supports

We offer the following services to school districts:

  • Educational psychologists to conduct psychoeducational evaluations, create behavior intervention plans, and assist in the development of special education programs.
  • Temporary, short-term administrative coverage for special education roles, including Special Education Director positions.
  • IEP facilitation for schools.
  • School training sessions on topics such as behavior management, ADHD interventions, goal setting, best practices for autism, and more. We can also tailor district-specific trainings if needed.
  • Special Education Program Development: Our psychologists work with teachers and school staff to provide guidance on implementing and developing evidence-based practices in classrooms, focusing on effective classroom management and promoting inclusive learning environments.

Parents:

We provide parent training to help families gain a deeper understanding of the unique needs of children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders. Our ongoing support includes group sessions, individual counseling and educational resources designed to assist families whose children struggle with social skills and behavioral challenges. Additionally, we offer parent counseling to provide guidance for those navigating the challenges of raising a child with special needs or dealing with general parenting concerns.
